By accessing or using DataShellv services at tools.datashellv.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

DataShellv provides:

  • License management and distribution services
  • Software updates and support during active license periods
  • Documentation and integration resources

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service
  • Any activities or actions under your account
  • Notifying us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security

4. License Terms

4.1 License Grant

Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software according to the specific license type purchased (single-site, multi-site, or unlimited).

4.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
  • Modify or create derivative works for distribution
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the software to develop competing products
  • Share license keys with unauthorized parties

4.3 Domain Locking

Licenses are locked to specified domains upon activation. Domain changes may be requested through your dashboard, subject to our fair use policy.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 14 days of purchase
  • Provide your order number and reason for refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refunds are not available after 14 days or if the license has been actively used on a production website.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DataShellv. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Sharing or distributing licenses without authorization

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DataShellv, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
